How to recover data from iTunes backup?
First, you can restore directly from iTunes to iPhone
If you want to restore all your data from backup to iPhone and do not mind the backup to replace all your data on iPhone, you can choose to restore your data in iTunes. This is like to restore your iPhone to a former backup so that all the existing data will be removed and replaced by the backup data.
You can click “Restore iPhone” in iTunes to restore your iPhone.
Second, you can extract data from iTunes backup with data recovery software.
