Can I recover deleted files from Internal SSD?

As we know that in most of cases, we still can recover the deleted data from the internal and external drives. And many people also know that the deleted files cannot be recovered from the solid-state drives, but that is not accurate. It only applies to the internal solid-state drives like USB flash drive and external solid-state drives. And there is also some cases that you can still recover files from the Internal solid-state drive.
Why you can not recover data from the Internal SSD?
On the Hdd, the traditional mechanical hard drive, the data have not been completely erased from the drive. Until you have write new data to the hard drive to overwritten the raw data, the deleted data become unrecoverable. But on the solid-state drive, things are different. On the Solid-state drive, the sectors should be cleared first before it can write new data. Therefore, the data will be erased after you delete them.  Every time when your windows system delete a file from the Internal SSD, it will send TRIM command so that the drive clears these sectors immediately.
What is TRIM command?
TRIM command is used by SSD to clear the deleted data so that to improve the performance of drive. If you have enabled the TRIM command, or you windows system support this command, the deleted data will be erased immediately. The TRIM command only works for internal Solis-state drivers, so it does not support the USB drivers. If you lost data on the Usb drives, you do not need to worry about your data, use data recovery program as soon as you can to retrieve your data.

How to recover data from solid-state drive?
In case you lost data on the Solid state drive, and the TRIM command is disabled, you can run the Hdata recovery software to try to restore your files.
