How to access and restore files from iTunes backup?
Where is your iTunes backup?
By default, your iTunes backup is stored on your C partition in the path: C:>Users>Administrator AppData>Roaming>Apple Computer>MobileSync>Backup, you will see a folder named with a long string of alphanumeric characters. But if you click to open it ,you will find you can directly read these files on computer. If you want to access and use these files, you should restore the entire backup to your iPhone, or you can use a data recovery software for iOS devices to extract the data.
How to access iTunes backup files with data recovery software?
If you do not want to restore the entire backup to iPhone, or you do not have iOS devices now, you have to use the data recovery software.

Choose one iTunes backup on the recovery software. The recovery software will detect and display them on the interface with the device’’s name, backup time. If you cannot find the backup you need, you should find it by manual.

If you have iCloud backup for your data, you can access and read them directly on iCloud. Sign into iCloud.com with your Apple ID, you can access to your contacts, Calendar, iCloud Drive, Notes, Reminders, Photos and other data and restore them to your iPhone. This method may be easier for you as it do not need computer and USB cable so you can complete on iPhone.
