Disable some fast boot options
Fast boot option is enabled by default, but it may cause some problems. If you have boot problems, you’d better disable them. Find the program run out of your space

Disable some startup programs

Run antivirus software to scan virus and malware
Sometimes your computer become very slow for virus or malware infection. The virus in your hard drive will copy endlessly so that to use up your space. You should run antivirus software to scan the hard drive to remove the virus,malware and unwanted programs.
Unistall programs you do not need
Go to the control panel>Programs>Programs and Features, it will list all the programs installed on your hard drive. You can click the program you do not need to uninstall them.
Reinstall Windows
If you have tried others ways but they do not help, you can reinstall system. As reinstall system will remove all the data on the system drive, you need to back up your data on the system drive to avoid data loss. If you windows have built-in Reset your PC feature, you can refresh the windows system without using the installation disk.
